The Kelau dam project involves the transfer of raw water from the Kelau river in Pahang to Selangor, by tunneling through the main range.

Besides inundating forested land, the project also involves the unneccesary relocation of the Orang Asli (indigenous minority peoples of Peninsular Malaysia) in Kampung Temir and Bukit Cenal.

One key point you all fail to understand!
How much water do you “imagine” you can get?
During the monsoon yes,but in dry season it only trickles,so what’s the point?

Fed is least concerned about water supply for
Selangor, it is under state govt. but they must grab
this project whatever the cost.

It is all lies, just a white elephant

Don’t destroy the beautiful rain forests for the sake of our next generations. Money won’t be able to buy all these natural wonders. Not everyone wish to live in a bungalow.Plenty prefer to live close to natures. Don’t make another white elephant like Bakun.
